This option provides the most velocity and highest impact to your marketing. Your CMO will deliver full fractional C-Suite marketing services to your entire marketing team, every week. They will also deploy a functional marketing framework to build out strategy, establish KPIs and reporting, define positioning, etc.
This plan also includes quarterly planning calls, twice-monthly Sprint Planning meetings, and Weekly Standups with the team. We will also hire, train, evaluate, and (if needed) fire vendors, contractors, and employees.
This is the “gold standard” and will provide ongoing, hands-on direction to both you and your team.
Advisor
Your CMO will serve as a strategic advisor, conducting Quarterly Planning calls with leadership, providing twice-monthly Sprint Planning meetings with the marketing team, and delivering unlimited email correspondence.
This option provides long-term growth with the least financial risk—but also without daily oversight.
This options requires a 6-month minimum commitment
Half-Day Strategy Session
After a 2-week information gathering and preparatory period, your CMO will deliver a consultative half-day (probably more like 6-hour) strategy session to your team, utilizing a bespoke functional marketing framework to focus your marketing efforts in a way that is customized to your firm’s needs..
You and your team will leave with an immediate marketing punch list, a list of blind spots, and ideas for marketing campaigns for the next 3-6 months.
